For every full $100,000 in purchase price, we will give you a $1,000 commission rebate to help cover your lenders closing costs.

Example: $430,000 purchase

You have $7,000 in closing costs charged by your lender

Honor Advantage reduces your closing costs to $3,000. We the agents pay for the difference.

Listing Transactions

For every full $100,000 in purchase price, we will give you a $1,000 commission discount to help cover your lenders closing costs.

Example: $150,000 purchase

You owe $4,500 in commission

Honor Advantage reduces the commission owed to $3,500. We the agents take the loss (happily)

Widows & Widowers

If your spouse made the ultimate sacrifice while serving we insist on the opportunity to serve you for free. Whether you are buying, selling- or both, you will not be charged a commission, or an broker admin fee.
